League Coach's Report Rd 23 v South Fremantle

E-mail Print PDF

The weekends game was our best performance for the year and was certainly the most potent team we put out there all year aswell. Ryan Crowley was outstanding as was Marc Webb in his last game for the club with 37 possessions. We moved the team around abit to try some things and everything seemed to work, particularly with Rumble to full forward and Keevers on a wing.Chad Cossom had a great match 30 and 3 goals while Phil Read and Blake Broadhurst also got 4 goals each. Overall it was a terrific way to send Webby off and a good effort to finish what’s been a frustrating year for everyone. We now have time to assess the list and consider what we need to look for with regard to recruiting and our development to ensure we get back in for another successful run in finals.

Thanks to all our loyal members for sticking by the team all year, I’m sure you would have seen some great new talent emerge inparticular Buddy Pickett, Scott Worthington and Reece Blechynden to name a few. We look forward to a big pre season and once again thanks for your ongoing support.
